==Fedora 16==
In the default Orca installation on Gnome 3, Fedora 16, the Orca settings seem to be set in a plain text file.
In Ubuntu 12.04 and Fedora 17, this file can be found at <code>~/.local/share/orca/user-settings.conf</code> (e.g. <code>/home/<user>/.local/share/orca/user-settings.conf</code>).

Below is a print out of the file. Besides the key bindings listed here, there are a ton more - when overriding defaults, they are set in this file. To see of a full list of the key-bindings, either fire up orca or locate the textfile in which the default keyboard bindings are set.
