KEY Preferences Group Working Pages
The work in this group is currently broken up into 3 sub groups
- User Preferences- Standards, Registry and all gathered data on User Needs and Preferences (interfaces and materials)
- Ontologies- All CLOUD4All/GPII work on ontologies and ontological tools
- First-Time-Discovery Tools- GPII work on developing tools for new users (never used computers before - or no longer can use computures at all) - to DISCOVERY their needs and preferences.
- Exploration Tools- GPII work on tools that people can use to explore new technologies or features that might help them.
- These were also called Discovery Tools by some -- but we are trying to separate tools used by people to explore for themselves from the 'first-time-discovery' tools used to discover what a person would need to get them started.
- Matchmaking - all REAL-TIME Matchmaking work (See Shopping Aid for "pre-sale" matchmaking)
